Description
The ELK-71 is a Two-Tone (Yelp & Steady) Siren mounted in an attractive surface mount plastic enclosure. This versatile Echo™ Series siren is designed to be heard but not seen! Sound “echoes” off mounting surface from back plate edge.
This unique contemporary siren has a smooth, paintable, “no grill” surface that easily blends with any decor. This siren mounts to any flat surface or single gang electrical “J” box. Also available is the ELK-74, a compact version of the ELK-71.
- Sound Output: 100 dB at 1 meter (13.8V DC).
- Tones: Two-tone capability featuring Yelp and Steady patterns.
- Design: Smooth, "no grill" surface that can be painted or wallpapered to blend seamlessly into walls or decor.
- Acoustic Design: Sound echoes off the mounting surface from the edges of the backplate to remain hidden while providing loud coverage.
- Power Requirements: Operates on 6 to 14 Volts DC (draws approximately 480mA at 13.8V DC).
